Profile ~ Susana Brader (Senior Consultant)

Susana brings with her 10 years of experience in client servicing / relations and Business development around the world. Susana has had extensive experience in dealing with the most senior executives of global companies creating long lasting relationships; such as Coca-Cola, Adidas, Intel, Infosys, Rexam, Biosite, BASF, Bayer, Hyatt International, AT&T, IBM, Emirates Airlines.

Susana believes that the basis of any successful, lasting business relationship is good communication between the different parties. After having lived in Europe, the USA and Asia , and dealing with different business cultures, Susana believes that no matter the background of the people involved, if the communication is clear and the trust is there the relationship will flourish and with it so will the businesses.

Susana is a Senior Consultant at rogenSi’s Hong Kong office and before that she was a Senior Manager with the Economist Group in both Europe and Asia

Susana has a Bachelor degree in both International Studies and Management and a Masters degree in International Studies. While in the USA, Susana attended the continuing studies program from Stanford University where she took courses on Psychology, Globalization and Human Rights.

Susana is fluent in Portuguese (mother tongue) and English. Good knowledge also of German and Spanish.
